4. Bios and/or Resumes of Choreographer and C/M/SD
5. List of all performances two months before and two months after 21st Century performance

Choreographer and C/M/SD
7. SASE for return of materials (optional)
CRITERIA:
1. Choreograph
a dance in conjunction with C/M/SD to be performed 3 times (2 evening and 1
matinee)
2. Piece to be 6- 8 MINUTES MAXIMUM in length
3. Group dances
encouraged
4. Honorariums will
be paid to Choreographer and C/M/SDer’s in accordance with ticket sales
participation
5. Choreographers
are available for 1 MANDATORY PRE-PRODUCTION MEETING ON JUNE 2nd AND dance is viewable by producers and technical
staff LIVE ON SEPTEMBER 7th or 8th in Marin
